Warranty & Support
We offer 1 or 3-year warranty options on all hardware issues for our computers. The warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty.
Warranty does not cover any software, operating systems issues or unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries will hold a charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold a charge, but we don’t guarantee the amount of time. We hope to provide you with an incredible buying experience, however, if you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our customer service department by sending us a message or calling us directly.
If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
If you already have equipment, that’s okay! We provide the IT Support for your current setup. We work directly with your internal IT individual to ensure smooth operations and functioning equipment. There is no problem too large that we will not tackle, and our dedicated reps are there to help when things aren’t playing nicely.
