We offer 1 or 3 year warranty options on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty.
Warranty does not cover any software, operating systems issues or unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries will hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, but we don’t guarantee the amount of time.

If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive you item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
