Returns / Exchanges / Refunds:
- For a refund, most products may be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.
- For an exchange, most products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
- All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products must be fully functional and in good cosmetic condition as they were sold.
- All products must be complete with original accessories, parts, components, and packaging if included to be eligible for any kind of return.
- Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment including using the original debit / credit card.
Desktops & Laptops:
All fully refurbished / certified desktops and laptops (excluding Apple) include a 1-Year warranty from original purchase date. Our warranty covers hardware only: Motherboard, RAM, HDD / SDD, PSU, etc. We do not warranty any kind of accidental or physical damage that may be cause by misuse. Out warranty does not cover software or any other kind of programs and data that may be stored on the device.
Most of our products are warrantied for 30-Days unless stated otherwise. Monitors, keyboards, mice, and most other computer peripherals are warrantied for 90-Days unless stated otherwise.
