Shipping & Returns
Most of our products are warrantied for 30-Days, if there is an exception it is specifically stated in the ad for the item. We guarantee that the product you order will be as described and it if it is not, we will take care of you and treat you the way we would hope to be treated. That means if we mess up in any way we will do whatever it takes to make your buying experience a positive one. If for some reason the product you received is defective or not as described we will provide you with a return shipping label at our cost and refund you immediately upon return or send out a replacement once confirmation of the return has been sent, not delivered to us, just sent (we trust you).
If you are not satisfied with the product you received or you no longer need it, you may return it to us in the same condition you received it for a full refund within 30 days, LESS our original shipping costs (just because it was Free Shipping doesn't mean it didn't cost us to ship it). All items must be in their original packaging, with no missing parts.
However, we ask that you contact us before sending it back at 602-688-5858 (M-F 8-5PM MST) or info@ReviveIT.io so that we can troubleshoot, determine if the return is necessary or provide you with a replacement quickly.
Items labeled "AS IS" are not eligible for return or refund. Software is not eligible for return or refund unless it is defective or in its original sealed package.
Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back are not eligible for a refund.
Compatibility of any item is the purchaser's responsibility. If you have any questions about a product, please visit the manufacturer's website or call their customer service before placing a bid. If you still have questions after contacting the manufacturer, please contact us.
